Ralliah dam coonoor is one of the offbeat tourist spot near Coonoor. Though it is not a popular attraction for the visitors, it is beautiful and worth a visit. The dam is exactly located between Coonoor and Kotagiri. The route to the dam is very beautiful and you need to trek through the small forest to reach the dam. The dam is opened in the yer 1941 and it is the source of drinking water for coonoor residents.
